As a wedding planner, I’ve hired Pacheco’s Wedding & Events for multiple weddings and they are fantastic. This company offers an array of services that can really elevate the experience and vibe of a wedding. Matthew’s team is professional, courteous and extremely friendly. In fact, the second I started moving a table myself they insisted that I enjoy the event or go back to coordinating the wedding - so helpful and thoughtful.
While coordinating a wedding, the Event Lead at the time also checked in with me multiple times throughout the event to see if I needed anything - it was refreshing to have an extra hand during the wedding for set-up, furniture moves and more.
Also, Pacheco’s team really fits into your event when you want to avoid the “who’s going to stay after and clean?” non-sense or even the “who will move the chairs from the ceremony to the reception” question. I’ve hired this stellar team for other services other than clean-up and set-up such as bar tending ad even cake-cutting! Plus, they’re fun and easy to get along with. There have been many instances where we just laugh and have fun while working events together.
With an unmatched work ethic, excellent execution of communication and unique services available to the event industry, Pacheco’s Wedding & Events is definitely a staple for events that need an extra hand in set-up or tear-down or for clients who just want to enjoy the event themselves. 5 Stars, for sure!

Pacheco’s provided staff for my wedding back in February and did such an amazing job! They made the whole planning process really easy and were super flexible with what I needed. Matt hung the lights at our wedding and we could not have been happier with him and the job that he did! And it was not an easy job! He was so responsive, detail oriented and went above and beyond our expectations.
